Fresher Health started as an idea between two good mates who teamed up in 2024 with a simple mission: bring game-changing recovery tools to South Africa and have a blast doing it.

We’re both super active, always chasing the next challenge, whether it's on a trail, in the gym, or just leveling up in life. But one thing we kept learning the hard way? Recovery isn’t optional. It’s the secret sauce to staying in the game, feeling amazing, and growing stronger.
